Beechworth bakery founder says "everything you want is just outside your comfort zone"
For those who have heard Tom O'Toole speak (and you won't forgot him if you have), you will know how passionate he is about this mantra. Every success Tom has had in life and business has required him to get out of his comfort zone (often kicking & screaming, as Tom openly admits!). He had to be prepared to try new things, take risks, fail regularly. But he always knew it would make him a better person and businessman. I'm sure we've all encountered this great advice from the Eleanor Roosevelt but a great reminder, “Do one thing every day that scares you.”
